Erin began her career as an Office Junior, before becoming a secretary and then a Paralegal, working in Criminal Law, General Civil Litigation and Wills and Probate. Erin developed an interest in Personal Injury law, and has worked in Personal Injury since 2016. Erin qualified as a lawyer with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, with a specialism in Civil Litigation. Erin is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and in June 2024 was appointed to APIL’s executive committee, allowing her to become involved in legal reforms and campaigns to better support injured people.
Erin made the decision to join AmicusLaw as she wanted to work for a firm with the utmost commitment and professional service offered to clients, while remaining approachable and human.
In April 2024 Erin was shortlisted for the Chartered Legal Executive of the Year award at the Devon and Somerset Law Society Awards.
Outside of work Erin enjoys singing with her band and performing with local theatre groups. She is also a keen reader, with her very own “library” in her home that could rival a bookshop.
