I wanted to let you know what a great experience I had whilst purchasing our home. Thank you Julie and Nigel for all your help and support during this process. You have both been amazing. I could not recommend Amicus Law highly enough and I will never use another company again. I would like to recognise Julie in particular and how wonderful she was through this whole entire process. This is now the 3rd property that I have purchased and up until now I have had a terrible experience with solicitors in general. My previous solicitors never communicated well, would completely forget about us and I had to constantly call them to find out what was happening and always felt like our sell or purchase wasn’t important. My experience this time with you guys was impeccable. I never had to call once for an update. Julie would always call or email even when she didn’t need any information but instead just to keep me in the loop. Honestly it kind of felt like our case was the only one she was working on, which I am sure it was not the case and knowing what 2020 did to the property market and the change of no stamp duty I am sure she was busier then she has ever been. It just shows her commitment to every client. Amicus Law has an outstanding employee who works hard is committed and always puts the customer first. I'd like to bring to your attention a wonderful employee you have, Julie. I've been speaking to Julie since near the beginning of the year with regards to the sale of our house, and the purchase of another. Despite all the frustrations we've had along the way, with a house sale falling through, and the sheer incompetence of the rest of the chain in our purchase, Julie has always remained supportive, empathetic, and friendly. Julie has kept me informed of the process, answered or steered me to answers for any questions I've had along the way, and kept me optimistic in the face of some severe bad luck along the way. The rest of the team have been great when I've had dealings with them, but Julie steals the show. Please look after her, she's an asset to Amicus Law and would play a huge role in my recommending of Amicus Law to others in the future. I don't know if you do any incentives such as employee of the month/year etc, but whatever you may do, Julie has earned 1st place! We've finally exchanged contracts today for completion on Wednesday and when Nigel informed me, I asked him who the boss was because I wanted to be sure someone knew how helpful Julie has been.
