Nicholas heads our Dispute Resolution team. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1988. He was senior counsel to a top 20 international law firm. Earlier in his career he won national and international acclaim for his various contributions to insurance law and his innovations to civil litigation practice. He was awarded a Doctorate in Law for his groundbreaking research into motor insurance law, and his is a CEDR accredited mediator. More recently, he won a raft of awards for his successful Wills Act reform work during the first Covid lockdown.
Nicholas has two daughters and in his spare time he enjoys the companionship of family, history, classical music and good wine.
