Heather brings a wealth of experience to her role as Client Services Representative, having spent many years in the Government sector before moving into Learning and Development with Mencap. Her background reflects a strong foundation in professional training and people-focused roles, underpinned by a BA (Hons) in Professional Training and Development.
After early retirement, Heather followed a unique path into the auction world, becoming an Auctioneer — a role that showcased her confidence and adaptability. Her passion for law, which began with college studies, eventually led her to Amicus Law, where she fulfils a long-standing interest in the legal profession.
Heather’s approach is professional yet approachable, always demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients. She thrives on the interaction her role offers, whether that’s with clients or her colleagues.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys Tai Chi and socialising with friends. And for a fun fact — she once co-piloted a plane over the Grand Canyon!
