Do you accept legal expense insurance?

We can accept instructions that are funded by legal expense insurance. We would consider it as full or part payment depending on the hourly rate paid by the insurance provider.

How much is the average claim likely to cost?

In the UK the average employment claim costs around £7,500 plus VAT. We could evaluate your claim and give you a cost estimate before you embark on your claim.

What is the likely timescale for an Employment Tribunal claim?

This will depend on the length and complexity of the hearing. Rule of thumb it is not likely to be listed for a hearing before six months after the claim is issued. In most regions of the UK the case will be listed between 6-12 months after receipt of the claim.
