I had always wanted to work in the Law industry but for various reasons never went on to study at college or university.

An opportunity came up for a receptionist in our Martock office and I thought “why not try”. After being offered the job and accepting it I became rather nervous due to having no experience within the law industry and thought everyone would be too “educated” to speak to someone unqualified.
