Let your values lead the way
Your core values become your compass, they help you make decisions and live intentionally. Ask yourself:
- What really matters to me?
- What motivates me and makes me feel alive?
- Who do I admire, and what traits do I admire in them?
Use your answers to identify the things you value most.
Say yes more often
New experiences build confidence and open new doors. So say yes where you can – to invitations, opportunities, and trying something you haven’t done before.
Feel the fear and do it anyway!
Dare to dream
When you start to imagine, visualise and take steps towards dreams that motivate you, you may do things you once thought impossible.
- What have you always wanted to do, but couldn’t before?
- What did your 20-year-old self dream of doing?
- What will your 80-year-old self regret not doing?
- What small steps could you start to take towards those dreams
