Alanna Jacobs is a Client Services Representative based in the Martock office at Amicus Law. With a varied background in customer service and a degree in Law and Politics, Alanna brings a friendly and supportive approach to her role.
Before joining Amicus Law, Alanna volunteered on a university scheme helping new students settle into university life, an experience which helped build her confidence and communication skills. She also gained valuable customer service experience working within the hospitality sector. Her studies included A-Level Law before progressing to a degree in Law and Politics, where she developed a particular interest in employment law.
Alanna prides herself on being approachable and helpful, ensuring clients feel welcomed and supported from their first interaction with the firm.
Having grown up in Somerset, Alanna was particularly drawn to Amicus Law because of its commitment to supporting local communities. She also saw the role as an opportunity to gain practical experience within a law firm and build on the knowledge gained through her degree.
Alanna particularly enjoys meeting and speaking with clients as part of her role.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, walking in the countryside with her pug, and listening to music.
