Her expertise includes property sales and purchases, remortgages, assents, unregistered land and property, and older properties, which she particularly enjoys working with.
Carlie takes an honest, approachable and pragmatic approach to working with clients. She believes clear communication is essential, even when matters do not progress as expected, and always aims to explain the situation, next steps and available options in straightforward terms. Whether working with first-time buyers or experienced property owners, she focuses on making the process clear and manageable.
She was drawn to Amicus Law because of the firm’s progressive approach to conveyancing, while still maintaining the personal values and local presence of a high street firm. She also values the firm’s focus on individual development, client experience and creating an environment where staff can thrive.
Carlie particularly enjoys working locally and building strong relationships with clients, helping them feel supported throughout what can sometimes be a stressful process. She finds it especially rewarding to see clients reach the end of their transaction feeling reassured and pleased with the outcome.
Carlie is currently studying towards her CLC qualification.
Outside of work, she enjoys walking her dog, spending time with family and holidaying in Greece.
