Matthew joined Amicus Law after nearly nine years at the Land Registry, where he worked as a Registration Officer. During his time there, he gained extensive experience handling a wide range of property-related matters including TR1s, Charges and Discharges, Developer TP1s and Leases, OS1s, and updates to names and addresses. His background has equipped him with a strong understanding of property registration processes and a keen eye for detail.
Drawn to Amicus Law by the opportunity to apply his existing skills in a new and engaging environment, Matthew brings valuable insight and transferable knowledge to his role in the Post Completion team.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys keeping active through running and gym sessions, watching football and basketball, and reading. He also admits to being a bit of a procrastinator – but always gets the job done!
