Patrick Clark is a Client Services Representative based in the Weymouth office at Amicus Law. Having already gained around 18 months of reception experience alongside other responsibilities within the firm, Patrick now works full-time in Client Services, supporting clients both over the phone and in person.
Before moving into the role full-time, Patrick supported the asbestos claims and private client teams with file management, as well as helping to manage physical files within the Weymouth office. His wider experience has also been strongly customer-facing, including managing administration for two bands and communicating with around 60 clients to organise bookings, dates and pricing.
Patrick takes a welcoming, understanding and reassuring approach when working with clients. He aims to make every interaction as clear and comfortable as possible, helping clients feel supported from their first point of contact with the firm.
He was drawn to Amicus Law because of its supportive culture and strong focus on employee development. With an interest in law but no formal legal training at the time, Patrick saw the firm as a place where he could learn, develop and build his career.
Patrick particularly enjoys the communication and people skills his role helps him develop, including adapting to different client needs and communicating clearly with both clients and colleagues.
Outside of work, Patrick is a singer and keyboardist in a couple of bands. He also enjoys cooking and collecting vinyl.
