Scarlett Jones is a Client Services Representative based in our Bridgwater office. She brings over four years of retail experience alongside more than a year working as a dispenser, giving her a strong foundation in customer service, accuracy and clear communication. Alongside her role at Amicus Law, Scarlett continues to work as a dispenser, further strengthening her attention to detail and people-focused approach.
Scarlett is known for being friendly and approachable while maintaining a high level of professionalism. She takes pride in making clients feel comfortable, supported and listened to, and her varied work experience has helped her develop the ability to quickly build rapport with people from all walks of life.
Her interest in law began during her A-level studies, where she discovered a genuine enthusiasm for the subject and recognised her potential to build a career in the legal sector. Joining Amicus Law felt like a natural next step, and she is excited to develop her skills, learn from colleagues and support clients throughout their journey with the firm.
Although new to her role, Scarlett is particularly looking forward to the variety that each day will bring, getting to know both clients and colleagues, and continuing to learn and grow within the firm.
Outside of work, Scarlett volunteers as a dog walker for The Cinnamon Trust, supporting elderly and terminally ill people by caring for their pets. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, and taking long walks with her boyfriend’s corgi.
