Emily was always available within office hours, on the rare occasion she was not able to take our call straight away when we called she would call back within an hour. She was clearly knowledgeable on the subject of conveyancing. Everything was completed in good time and we were kept up to date on progress. The buyers purchasing our house used a cheap, call centre based solicitor in a different part of the country who were very very poor at communication and timeliness.
