Simon is a Partner at our Weymouth office. He holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of the West of England and specialises in Childcare Law.
As a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel, Simon has achieved Children Law Accreditation, a recognised quality standard for practitioners representing children in legal proceedings. This accreditation demonstrates his expertise in handling all aspects of children law and is recognised by the Legal Aid Agency. It also provides reassurance to clients and professionals, such as guardians, that he is a qualified practitioner when a child needs representation.
Outside of work, Simon enjoys sailing and is a passionate supporter of Bath Rugby and England Rugby.
