Erin is Head of our Ilminster office and a valued Chartered Legal Executive at Amicus Law.
She began her career as an Office Junior, before becoming a secretary and then a Paralegal, working in Criminal Law, General Civil Litigation, and Wills and Probate. She developed an interest in Personal Injury law and has worked in the field since 2016. Erin qualified as a lawyer with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, specialising in Civil Litigation. She represents clients with a variety of circumstances and injuries, including fatal accident claims, traumatic amputation claims, and claims for accidents that have resulted in permanent disabilities. Erin has recently been promoted to Associate in recognition of her expertise and contributions to the field.
Erin made the decision to join Amicus Law as she wanted to work for a firm with the utmost commitment and professional service offered to clients, while remaining approachable and human.
She is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
Awards and Appointments
In June 2024, Erin was appointed to the Executive Committee of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, allowing her to become involved in legal reforms and campaigns to better support injured people. She has also received the following recognition for her work:

Outside of work, Erin enjoys singing with her band and performing with local theatre groups. She is also a keen reader, with her very own “library” at home that could rival a bookshop.
