Erin is Head of our Ilminster office and a valued Chartered Legal Executive Litigator at Amicus Law.
She began her career as an Office Junior, before becoming a Secretary and then a Paralegal, working in Criminal Law, General Civil Litigation, and Wills and Probate. She developed an interest in Personal Injury law and has worked in the field since 2016. Erin qualified as a lawyer with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, before going on to obtain her independent practice rights in Civil Litigation.
Erin represents clients with a variety of circumstances and injuries, including fatal accident claims, traumatic amputation claims, and claims for accidents that have resulted in permanent disabilities. Erin also represents victims of clinical negligence, including representing families bereaved by clinical negligence. Erin represents clients of all ages, including representing babies and children through appropriate litigation friends.
Erin is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and has sat on the Executive Committee for APIL since 2024.
