Bill is the Head of the Yeovil office and as a highly experienced Conveyancing Executive he also serves as Deputy Head of Residential Conveyancing. With two decades of experience in the legal sector, he has built a strong reputation for his expertise, efficiency, and client-focused approach. Bill advises on all aspects of residential property transactions and takes pride in guiding clients through the process with clarity and professionalism.
Bill began his career in 2005 with a local law firm, where he quickly developed a passion for residential conveyancing. Over the years, he has handled a wide variety of transactions, including newbuild purchases, leasehold properties, Right-to-Buy schemes, and Transfers of Equity. In addition to his legal work, Bill took on management responsibilities, playing a key role in staff training and overseeing the firm’s Bristol offices. His ability to mentor and develop teams has been a valuable asset throughout his career.
Since joining Amicus Law in 2021, Bill has brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the firm. His leadership as Deputy Head of Residential Conveyancing and Head of the Yeovil office allows him to support both clients and colleagues, ensuring that transactions run as smoothly as possible. He is dedicated to delivering a high standard of service and is known for his approachable nature and practical advice.
Outside of work, Bill enjoys playing guitar in local bands and theatre productions, making the most of his passion for music. Whether supporting his team or performing on stage, his enthusiasm and commitment shine through in everything he does.
