We are delighted to share that we have been shortlisted in the Large Business of the Year category at the Somerset Business Awards 2026. These awards are the county’s premier business celebration, recognising outstanding achievement, innovation and growth across organisations of all sizes and sectors based in Somerset.
Hosted annually by Somerset Chamber of Commerce, the Somerset Business Awards received a record number of entries this year, with judges facing a highly competitive field when deciding the shortlist.
The Large Business of the Year category celebrates organisations that demonstrate exceptional leadership, strategic vision, staff management, customer satisfaction and performance. Being selected as a finalist reflects our continuous commitment to excellence, growth and client service across every part of the business.
Claire Lovett, Managing Partner at Amicus Law, said: “We are thrilled to be shortlisted. This recognition is testament to the passion, dedication and collective effort of our team – not just in delivering outstanding legal services, but in building a business that has deep roots in the community and a bold vision for the future. We are proud to stand alongside so many other remarkable Somerset businesses and look forward to celebrating the achievements of the county’s vibrant business community.”
This nomination builds on a year of progress for Amicus Law, following success at other industry awards and continued expansion of the firm’s services across Somerset, Devon and Dorset. It highlights the collective effort of our talented people who bring professionalism, innovation and personalised service to every matter we handle.
Final winners will be revealed at the Somerset Business Awards ceremony on Thursday 26 March 2026 at the Bath & West Showground, Shepton Mallet.
We’d like to thank our clients, partners and colleagues for their continued support. It’s a privilege to serve such dynamic communities, and we’re proud to see our firm recognised among Somerset’s leading businesses.
